Megan serves as an Assistant Attorney General at the Missouri Attorney General’s Office where she defends the Second Injury Fund and the State as an Employer in Workers’ Compensation litigation matters. She manages a full caseload, which requires her to attend hearings; defend and take depositions; mediate and negotiate settlements; and draft legal briefs, among other things. Megan joined the Attorney General’s Office after graduating from Washburn University School of Law with her Juris Doctor in May 2024. Prior to law school she worked for the Christian County Prosecutor’s Office as both a Legal Assistant and Victim Advocate. Megan also holds a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from Culver-Stockton College.
