Allen Lane joined the Missouri Department of Transportation in 2007 and is currently the St. Louis General Service Manager. In this role, Allen coordinates the department's fleet priorities and purchasing, oversees fleet maintenance and safety, assists in prioritizing the facilities' capital asset preservation plan, aids in prioritizing the facility's capital improvement plan, and oversees procurement. Allen received a Bachelor of Science from Central Methodist University.
