Ryan Stack, PE, is the chief engineer and program director of the Missouri Dam and Reservoir Safety Program. The program is tasked with ensuring dams in Missouri are built, operated, and maintained safely. The past 16 years have been dedicated to this work. He has been the Chief Engineer of the program since 2016. A graduate of Missouri S&T, He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geological Engineering in 2002. Prior to joining the department, Stack worked in the private industry, providing technical services for construction aggregate mining in Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee. He is a registered professional engineer in Missouri.
