Pam serves as an assistant director for the Office of Special Education (OSE) Compliance. The Compliance Section is responsible for ensuring local educational agencies implement all laws and regulations related to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). This is done through monitoring special education programs for students with disabilities ages 3-21 in all public schools, providing technical assistance, and investigating child complaints. Pam tracks and manages workflow to ensure timely completion. She facilitates cross-functional collaboration for various projects. Additionally, she is currently leading a Website Improvement Project tasked with organizing content to better suit the needs of OSE audiences and stakeholders. Pam has experience in project management, continuous improvement, and administration. Pam has worked for the State of Missouri for five years.
