Kory Hubbard joined the Missouri Department of Agriculture in 2020 as the Enforcement Coordinator for the Bureau of Pesticide Control and is currently the Program Manager. In his role, Kory and his team oversee and manage certifying and licensing pesticide applicators, conduct investigations into the possible misuse of pesticides, and process registrations for pesticides sold in Missouri. Before this position, Kory worked as an Environmental Specialist in the Department of Natural Resources Waste Management Program and as a Field Technician for the Gasconade County Soil and Water Conservation District. Kory earned a bachelor’s degree in Horticulture from the College of the Ozarks in 2008.
