Jessica joined the Missouri State Highway Patrol Communications Division in 2002. She currently holds the position of Chief Operator at Troop A Headquarters, where she oversees the communications dispatch center and ensures seamless coordination with other agencies to support public safety for those living in and traveling through Missouri. In addition to her leadership role, Jessica has played a key role in organizing the annual Trooper Michael Newton Toy Drive. This meaningful event unites troopers from Missouri and Kansas to deliver toys to children in local hospitals during the holiday season, fostering joy for all involved.
