Emily Hollis has been with the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services for 15 years and has been with the State of Missouri since 2005. In her current role as Executive Assistant, she oversees operations of the Office of General Counsel, Employee Disqualification Unit, and the Appeals Unit, while also assisting the Department Deputy Director/General Counsel and Chief Counsel. Emily is an ASPIRE Ambassador that is helping drive cultural transformation within the department. In her various roles with the state, she has seen the necessity of being a true leader for culture change at every level of an organization.
