Cicely has worked for the Department of Corrections, Division of Probation &Parole, for 24 years. Cicely has been dedicated to public service for 27 years. She is the District Administrator for the Probation & Parole Office in Eastern Jackson County and is responsible for 41 staff. Cicely oversees the daily operations of the office, addresses personal matters, and meets with community constituents. She is a graduate of Central Missouri State University with a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice and Psychology and graduate studies in Public Administration.
