Andrew joined the Missouri Attorney General’s Office in 2015 and serves as the Deputy Chief Counsel for the Governmental Affairs Section of the office. Andrew and his team represent the State, its agencies, and its employees in civil suits to enforce and defend the State’s laws and regulations. Andrew has litigated state and federal cases including in the Missouri Court of Appeals, Missouri Supreme Court, Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Before joining the office, Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Truman State University and a law degree from the University of Missouri.
