Bio

Aaron is the Customer Experience Manager for the Office of Administration’s Division of General Services. He has been a committed servant of the State of Missouri for more than 15 years. He actively interacts with customers to gather insights and pinpoint opportunities for improving their state programs. Aaron has initiated multiple outreach programs offering diverse avenues for collecting valuable feedback and crafting innovative communication strategies to educate and engage key stakeholders.
