Stacy Welling joined the Missouri National Guard team in February of 2024 as the first Operational Excellence Coordinator. Stacy brings 23 years of experience in communications, marketing, employee engagement, and financial and operational management with her. Before joining the state, Stacy spent 19 years in private business, where she was the President of a private corporation and built a fractional franchise from the ground up, establishing 80 locations across the country. Stacy is a proud graduate of Baker University in Baldwin City, KS, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communications.
