Bio

Mason Blair joined the Department of Social Services with the Children’s Division in 2013 and currently serves as a program coordinator in constituent services. Before this, Mason has served in frontline child protection as an investigator, supervisor and divisional recruitment and retention specialist. Mason applied to the Title IV-E program and received his Master of Social Work degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2022. Mason is engaged and leading several project management initiatives where he is passionate about removing barriers and streamlining processes to better serve our clients.
