Kelly has been with the State of Missouri for over seven years, joining the Office of Administration, Division of General Services’ Fleet Management team in 2019. Throughout her 26-year career, she has cultivated a skill set that is highly pertinent to her current role of State Fleet Manager. In her position, Kelly has successfully trained and educated her colleagues within Fleet Management as well as personnel from other state agencies. The Fleet Management team conducts quarterly meeting to promote ongoing development across state government. Additionally, Kelly has had the privilege of participating in her division’s Recognize Inspire Service Excellence (RISE) Committee, where she currently serves as co-chair. She is passionate about motivating others and takes pride in recognizing team members who go above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service, every time.
