Bio

Heather Holtmeyer joined the Department of Revenue in 2001 and has held progressively responsible roles, including leadership within the Motor Vehicle and Driver License (MVDL) division. She is the project manager for the Motor Vehicle and Driver License Modernization Initiative, integrating over 50 systems into one solution. Heather collaborates with FAST Enterprises and stakeholders to ensure compliance with Missouri Statutes for driver's licenses and vehicle registrations. She aligns her personal vision with the Department’s goal of providing the best customer experience. Heather is a graduate of the Missouri Way, a certified Change Manager, and holds Lean Six Sigma White, Yellow, and Green Belts.
