Bio

Evan Kempker joined the Department of Mental Health in June of 2023 and serves as a Supervisory Specialist. His responsibilities include training, coaching, and consulting leaders at all department levels. His aim is to improve the employee experience, create a sense of belonging for staff, and develop a leadership culture. Previously, he served the State of Missouri in a variety of roles within both the Department of Corrections and the Department of Social Services. He is also a Veteran of the United States Army Reserves, with one deployment to Iraq in 2016.
