Bio

Andrew is a CJIS Program Coordinator within the Criminal Justice Information Services Division of the Missouri State Highway Patrol. He oversees the Biometric Services Unit, which includes the Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS), Livescan Expenditure Program, and Rapid ID. He began his career with the state in 2017 as a CJIS Technician. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Security Studies with an emphasis in National Security Agencies from Westminster College.
