Amy Parkhurst currently serves as the Deputy Warden of Offender Management at the Chillicothe Correctional Center. Amy is responsible for the overall management of both custody and classification staff at the facility. Amy began her career with the Department in August 2006 as a Corrections Worker at the Crossroads Correctional Center. In September 2006, she promoted to Corrections Officer I and then promoted to Corrections Classification Assistant in August 2008. Her position was reclassified to Corrections Services Trainee in October 2011 and then she promoted to Corrections Case Manager I in November 2011. In October 2012, her position was reclassified to Corrections Case Manager II and in March 2017, she promoted to Functional Unit Manager. In June 2019, she transferred to the Chillicothe Correctional Center and then in April 2021 was promoted to Assistant Warden. In May of 2024 she was promoted to her current position of Deputy Warden.
