As the Manager of Employee Engagement and Operational Excellence for the Office of Administration’s Information Technology Services Division (ITSD), Travis is responsible for the oversight and management of ITSD's recruiting, onboarding, and process improvement teams. Travis has worked for the State of Missouri with the Office of Administration for over 15 years. Travis, a lifelong resident of central Missouri, holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Lincoln University. Travis is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and he also serves as the MO Appreciation Ambassador for the Office of Administration.
