Kassy joined the Department of Social Services in February 2014 and currently serves as a Program Specialist on the Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System project. She is working to coordinate the design, development, and implementation of a new case management system for the Children's Division. Kassy is also responsible for several federal reports that help ensure necessary funding and provision of services for Missouri children and families and is part of the team that reviews fiscal notes for the Children's Division’s current case management information system. She received a Master of Public Administration degree from Southeast Missouri State University in 2020 and currently holds certification as a Business Analyst from the International Institute for Business Analysts.
