Bio

Kim Mills has worked for the Missouri Department of Corrections for over 27 years all within the Division of Probation and Parole. She has held the position of Probation and Parole Officer, Unit Supervisor, and she is currently the Regional Training Coordinator Unit Supervisor. She holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in research and design and she has worked as a college instructor of Psychology for over ten years. Kim serves on various committees and works closely with the training and staff development to ensure implementation of relevant and effective training. She is also a trainer for Probation and Parole on various topics and she provides ongoing support, training, and coaching to front-line staff and management teams to help MODOC achieve better outcomes according to evidence based practices.
