Jessica joined the Missouri State Parks team in June 2015 as an Administrative Office Support Assistant. Jessica currently serves as the Rs2 Operations and Field Support Unit Chief. In her position, she analyzes occupancy and revenue data for all overnight, day-use and retail functions as well as providing technical support to staff. Prior to this role, Jessica held numerous positions within the Revenue and Attendance Section that primarily focused on parks with overnight accommodations. Jessica completed Missouri Way training in 2019, and since 2020, she has served as a Change Champion to help with the Engage initiative. She also served as a departmental informal influencer in 2022. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in management from Columbia College.
