Travis Pringle joined the Staff of the Missouri Public Service Commission in August 2018. Travis began his service as a Legal Counsel, advising Staff on law and policy, drafting briefs and various legal documents on behalf of the Staff, as well as representing Staff in litigation before the Commission. After two years in private practice from 2021 – 2023, Travis returned to Staff as a Senior Counsel in March 2023. In October 2023, Travis was promoted to Deputy Counsel in charge of legal issues regarding manufactured housing, consumer complaints, and rulemaking. As a Deputy Counsel, Travis takes principal responsibility for legal issues under his purview and cooperates and coordinates with co-workers from other divisions to advocate for Staff’s position. Travis also mentors, trains, and supervises attorneys assigned to his issues. Travis received Bachelor of Science degrees in English and History from the University of Missouri in 2010. Travis graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law in 2018 with honors as a member of the Order of the Barristers. Travis served as a member of the Citizen Police Review Board in Columbia, MO from 2018-2021.
