Brooke Mastrogiannis joined the Public Service Commission (PSC) in May 2014 as a Utility Regulatory Auditor in the Auditing Department and currently serves as a Utility Regulatory Audit Supervisor in the Energy Resources Department. In her current role, she prepares written testimony for general rate cases and is the lead auditor on Staff Reports for the Fuel Adjustment Clause prudence reviews and Missouri Energy Efficiency Investment Act prudence reviews for all four large investor-owned electric companies in the State of Missouri. She received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Lincoln University in May 2012 and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis in Accounting in December 2013.
