Bio

Levi joined the Department of Transportation (MoDOT) in April of 2017 and currently serves as the Administrator of Freight and Waterways. In this role, he administers and manages funding programs to enhance and promote the movement of freight and people on Missouri’s navigable waterways. He also coordinates and administers the freight enhancement program to promote non-highway modes of freight movement. Previously, Levi worked as the statewide facility manager for the department and has held other various roles in facilities with the Office of Administration, Facilities Management Design and Construction since 2004. Levi holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management, Cum Laude, from Columbia College.
