Wiley joined the State team in 2014 with the Missouri National Guard (MONG), where he currently serves as the GIS Program Manager. In this capacity, he is responsible for resourcing, equipping, and staffing the GIS program, as well as interfacing with all state and federal stakeholders to meet the department’s geospatial business requirements. As a veteran, Wiley was drawn to a state career working for the MONG. In addition to his career in state government, he continues to serve in the military as a Gunnery Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. He is also a past Chair of the Missouri GIS Advisory Council (MGISAC) and the department representative to the Missouri Appreciation Ambassador Council. Wiley holds a bachelor’s degree in geography with an emphasis in Geographic Information Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
