Christina currently serves as a Human Resources Manager overseeing the Missouri State Highway Patrol’s Equity and Compliance efforts. In her role, Christina administers the organization’s Equal Employment Opportunity and Title VI programs. She oversees the organization’s civil rights compliance with grant funding, as well as federal and state regulations. Her duties also include oversight of statewide initiatives and serving on several committees related to agency development and workforce engagement. Christina has previous HR experience working for the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, focusing on internal investigations and equal employment opportunities. Along with her state service, Christina also spent several years serving the community as a Victim Advocate in the Cole County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office and for the Rape and Abuse Crisis Service. Christina holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Lincoln University.
