Thomas Ott joined the Missouri Division of Employment Security in 2010 as a Hearing Referee. He became the Supervising Hearing Referee in 2021. Thomas provides management over the Hearing Referees in the Division of Employment Security’s Appeals Section. Thomas has a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Notre Dame and a Juris Doctor from the Saint Louis University School of Law. He is a member of the Missouri Bar Association.
