Ashley Golden has worked for the Missouri Department of Corrections for eight years. She started her career as a Senior Office Support Assistant, was promoted to a Senior Staff Development Training Specialist, and has recently transitioned into The Corrections Way Coordinator role. In this position, she is responsible for the creation, innovation, and sustainment of The Corrections Way for continuous improvement and cultural transformation. This includes leading a team of Supervisory Specialists and Training Specialists. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
