Carrie joined the Department of Social Services in April 2021 and currently serves as the Executive Assistant for the Director's Office. Carrie is responsible for coordinating executive team scheduling, assisting in constituent services projects for legislative staff, and executing logistical planning of Department-wide conferences. Prior to her tenure with the state, Carrie was the Director of Finance & Operations and the Director of House Operations for the Ronald McDonald House Charities in Columbia, where she served as the lead for human resources, provided supervision to front-line operations staff, and maintained operational excellence standards and a good standing financially on behalf of the organization. Carrie holds a bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Drury University.
