Bio

Hannah serves as the Administrator for the Driver License Bureau at the Department of Revenue. She is responsible for overseeing the issuance, suspension, and revocation of Missouri driver licenses, permits, nondriver licenses, and commercial driver licenses. Hannah started her career assisting the citizens of Missouri in 2006 while working in a contracted license office where she handled both motor vehicle and driver license transactions. For the past 10 years, Hannah has served in the Department of Revenue, Driver License Bureau. In addition to working as a frontline employee, Hannah has served as a supervisor and manager. During her leadership, Hannah helped design and implement two new phone systems, assisted in implementing DORA Chatbot and a new Live Chat feature, was a member of the Task Force for Call Center Transformation, and participated on the “Keep On Trucking” team which took second place in the first Show Me Challenge.
