Kelli Smith joined the Department of Social Services (DSS) in 2019 and currently serves as Human Resources Manager in DSS' Human Resources Center. In her role, Kelli is responsible for administering agency human resources programs, policies, and procedures. She currently serves as Co-Chair of DSS' Shareleave program, is the Wellness Ambassador at DSS, and serves on the Statewide Distributed Teams work group. Kelli is a member of the DSS Operational Excellence Team and received her Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification in 2020. Kelli graduated from Columbia College with a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management and obtained her Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) in May 2016.
