Jennifer Crader has worked for the State of Missouri since 1998, serving the last 20+ years in various positions within DOLIR-DES. She currently serves as a Program Coordinator, helping to oversee operations of the online unemployment insurance system, UInteract. In her current role, Jennifer works with the DOLIR-DES business staff, ITSD, and the vendor facilitating support and upgrade activities. Jennifer is one of the original team members, dating back to 2013, when the design and build began for the system. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Finance, both from Columbia College, and is also a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
