Bobby is currently a Youth Services Supervisor with the Division of Youth Services at the Sierra Osage Treatment Center in Southeast Missouri. He has been with the division for 7 years, beginning as a Youth Specialist before moving into the leadership role he currently fills. Current job duties include overseeing a treatment team of staff as well as serving as the Group Leader for the youth at SOTC. Bobby spent 15 years in management/leadership roles in the private sector before beginning his tenure with the Department of Social Services.
