Scott is a CJIS Program Manager with the Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) division of the Missouri State Highway Patrol. He administers the Missouri State Computerized Criminal History (CCH), and the Missouri Sex Offender Registry, to include oversight of the Missouri Charge Codes, Expungements, legislative fiscal notes, and grants. He has led several initiatives for the improvement of timely, accurate, and complete criminal history reporting. He previously was a trainer/auditor conducting training and compliance audits of Missouri agencies receiving criminal history record information for noncriminal justice purposes, ensuring compliance with Compact Council mandates as well as other state and federal laws, rules, and regulations. He has completed Police Leadership: The WestPoint Model (PLWM) and Management Development. He possesses a Bachelor of Science in athletic training from Lindenwood University and an Associate of Applied Science, Physical Therapy Assistant from State Technical College of Missouri.
