Todd serves as a Regional Administrator for Probation and Parole in the northeastern area of Missouri. This area covers five districts, four satellite offices, four institutional parole offices, and two Community Supervision Centers. The area also covers 26 counties and oversees the supervision of nearly 9,000 individuals currently being supervised on either probation or parole. Todd began his career with the Department of Corrections in Jackson County where he worked as a Probation and Parole Officer in District 24. He transferred in 2004 to District 5 located in Johnson and Henry Counties. In 2012, Todd was promoted to the position of Lead Unit Supervisor at District 32 in Saline and Carroll Counties. In 2014, he was promoted to the position of District Administrator at District 6 located in Boone County. In 2018, Todd was promoted to his current position. He has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Central Missouri.
