Iuesha is at Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist- Data Analytics. She Joined MDC in May of 2022 and since then, her role as the TA specialist, allows her to serve in the following capacities: Internship Coordinator, Hourly Process Administrator, Mentorship and Community Pathways coordinator. As of July 2024, she is now officially licensed in Human Resources, by sitting and passing the SHRM Exam, therefore adding "SHRM-CP" to her list of credentials. During Missouri Leadership Academy Iuesha was a Transportation Data Analyst for the Missouri Department of Transportation. She joined the MoDOT team in 2017 starting out as a temporary Financial Service Specialist and was later promoted to a permanent position in the Design Division less than a year of being with the organization. In her current role she is charged with Advertising, Letting and Awarding Roadway construction projects. She is the point of contact for contractors who are interested in Bidding with MoDOT. Iuesha also uses her time with the organization to chair the Statewide Employee Advisory Council for going on 2 years. She uses that platform to enhance a positive and supportive work environment for employees by assisting management with cultural diversity, policy review and communication issues. She currently holds 3 degrees: Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Management all from Lincoln University of Missouri.
