Bio

Iuesha is a Transportation Data Analyst for the Missouri Department of Transportation. She joined the MoDOT team in 2017 starting out as a temporary Financial Service Specialist and was later promoted to a permanent position in the Design Division less than a year of being with the organization. In her current role she is charged with Advertising, Letting and Awarding Roadway construction projects. She is the point of contact for contractors who are interested in Bidding with MoDOT. Iuesha also uses her time with the organization to chair the Statewide Employee Advisory Council for going on 2 years. She uses that platform to enhance a positive and supportive work environment for employees by assisting management with cultural diversity, policy review and communication issues. She currently holds 3 degrees: Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting, Business Administration and a Master’s of Business Administration with an emphasis in Management all from Lincoln University of Missouri.
