Alison is the Program Coordinator for Certificate of Need (CON) Program. She provides support to the nine-member Missouri Health Facilities Review Committee. She and her team work with CON applicants and prepare analysis of new proposals in Missouri for long-term care facilities, long-term care hospitals, hospitals, and major medical equipment for committee review. She monitors the progress of CON approved projects and the quarterly occupancy survey of all licensed long-term care facilities in Missouri. After graduating in 2015 with her Bachelor of Arts in Human Services and a minor in Sociology, she began her professional tenure with the Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) in 2016. She serves on several committees within DHSS and is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
