Melody Reichel has worked for the State of Missouri for 33 years. As the Operational Excellence Leader for OA, Melody helps improve processes across all divisions. Melody assists DOR Leadership with the Department’s dashboards, strategic initiatives, and placemat. Melody has a passion for public service and improving the way we work. Melody holds a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
