Andrea Follett is General Counsel for the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations (DOLIR). In her current role, Andrea provides legal advice to the Department on matters ranging from labor standards and unemployment benefits to employment law and appellate practice. She joined DOLIR in 2016 as the Department’s Equal Opportunity Officer and was an Assistant General Counsel from 2019-21. Prior to joining DOLIR, she provided human resource counsel to Missouri school districts and advised MU law students as they prepared to join the workforce.
