Bio

I currently serve as the Operational Excellence Leader for the Department of Public Safety. My position provides the opportunity for me to be involved with the department’s dashboards, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts. I started my career with the State of Missouri in the Department of Social Services in May 2012. In April 2018, I joined the Department of Public Safety in a position that allowed me to help monitor one of the largest grants SEMA receives, the Emergency Management Performance Grant. More recently, I have been heavily involved with the response to COVID-19, which includes distribution plans of Personal Protective Equipment to our state’s first responders and other state agencies. I hold a Bachelors of Social Work from Missouri State University.
