Bio

Curt serves as the Chief Deputy Counsel for the Staff Division of the Missouri Public Service Commission, managing a team of ten staff attorneys, developing and presenting training in litigation skills, and managing a docket of cases involving Missouri’s regulated public utilities. He previously served as a litigation attorney for the Public Service Commission, as a staff attorney for the Missouri Ethics Commission, and as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Missouri. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University and a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology with a minor in statistics from Truman State University.
