Travis is the Bureau Chief of the Bureau of Home & Community Based Services (HCBS) Systems & Data Reporting within the Department of Health & Senior Services. In this role, Travis oversees the management and operations of HCBS systems that house personal care service authorizations for Missouri Medicaid beneficiaries. In addition, Travis oversees the collection, maintenance, and distribution of HCBS program data to Missouri executive departments, HCBS program staff, and community stakeholders. Travis attended Missouri State University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
