Colette is the Continuous Improvement and IT Administrator. As the Continuous Improvement and IT Administrator, Colette facilitates and leads continuous improvement efforts while working with leadership on strategic priorities. She also supports all DNR team members in IT related efforts through project management, software licensing, hardware purchasing, procurement, application development and change management - all within finite IT funding. Colette joined the Department in 2007 serving in multiple roles from Environmental Specialist to Fiscal and Administrative Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business from the University of Missouri – Columbia and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
