As Administrator of the Field Compliance Bureau, Cecille Swan leads a diverse and distributed team of professionals that identify non-compliant taxpayers and educate them for future compliance, conduct compliance audits, validate taxpayer refund claims and maintains the electronic interfaces between Missouri taxpayers, taxpayer representatives, software developers and the Information Technology Services Department. Cecille has served the citizens and businesses of Missouri for 27 years and works in various capacities at the Department of Revenue. Cecille holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt professional.
