Brenna is the Operational Excellence Leader position and serves as the Chief of the DHSS Office of Performance Management. In this role, she leads DHSS' quality improvement, strategic planning, and performance management teams while working to maintain Missouri's Public Health Accreditation Board accredited status. Brenna joined the Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) in 2013, working in four of its six divisions over her years of service. Brenna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Communication from Truman State University and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
