Brady joined Rehabilitation Services for the Blind in May 2006 serving as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor. In July 2017, Brady was promoted to Program Development Specialist, in which Brady mentors Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors across the State and carries a Vocational Rehabilitation caseload serving clients in the Southwest District of Missouri. Brady has had the privilege to serve on the State Rehabilitation Council for the Blind representing Vocational Counselors and sitting on the Program and Policy Committee as well as the Evaluation Committee. Brady holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Missouri Southern State University and a Master of Science in Community Counseling from Pittsburg State University.
