Jill serves as Executive Director of Missouri Agricultural and Small Business Development Authority (MASBDA) and the Division Director for Ag Business Development. Jill has served as a board member for the National Council of State Agricultural Finance Programs and the North American Agricultural Marketing Officials. Prior to joining MASBDA, Jill served for more than 12 years as a Management Analyst and a Senior Contributions Supervisor for the Missouri Division of Employment Security. She earned her degree from the University of Missouri.
