Jill has served as Executive Director of Missouri Agricultural and Small Business Development Authority (MASBDA) since August 2017. MASBDA promotes the development of agriculture and small business through several different financial programs. It is administered by a seven-member commission, which is appointed by the Governor and confirmed by the Senate. Prior to joining MASBDA, Jill served for more than 12 years as a Management Analyst and a Senior Contributions Supervisor for the Missouri Division of Employment Security. She earned her degree from the University of Missouri.
