Katie is the Chief Operating Officer for St. Louis Forensic Treatment Center, a minimum-security forensic psychiatric facility, where she leads an executive team that serves to support the recovery efforts of more than 255 forensic inpatient clients, as well as leading a team of over 600 total state employees. Since completing Missouri Leadership Academy, Katie has transition from a Program Director, to Director of Treatment Services, to her current role as COO. Katie joined the Department of Mental Health in 2015. Katie is a graduate of Saint Louis University with both bachelor's and master's degree in Social Work.
