As the Coordinator of Business Systems, Angela functions as a liaison between the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) offices and Office of Administration – Information Technology Services Division (OA-ITSD) to support the communication plan, enforce roles and responsibilities, develop project plans, establish priorities, and maintain the workloads of the team members. Her position is unique because it allows her the ability to provide global perspective and guidance as her agency develops new projects and applications.
