Scott is a Youth Group Leader with the Division of Youth Services at the Mount Vernon Treatment Center in southwest Missouri. He began his professional career with the Department of Social Services in 2005 as a Youth Specialist but was quickly promoted to a leadership role. Scott served with the Missouri Army National Guard and is an intricate member of continuous improvement projects within the Department of Social Services. He attended Missouri Southern State University and earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and an associate degree in law enforcement.
